Park Summit offers one and two bedroom apartments. Our one bedroom homes range from 697 to 920 square feet, and our two bedroom homes range from 1,032 to 1,807 square feet, including a spacious penthouse residence.
Our community features a resort-inspired pool and spa with a poolside sun deck and private cabanas, along with grilling stations and lounge seating. Residents also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness studio with an indoor-outdoor training space, a wellness lounge, an entertainment lounge and game room, and a signature club room for hosting.
